Lease
Very poor customer service. The staff were dismissive and made me feel unwelcome. I was quoted one price, but when it came time to finalize, the monthly payment suddenly increased by $40 with no clear explanation. I have also not yet received my initial deposit back after more than 8 days, which is unacceptable. overall, not a professional or trustworthy experience.
