Sharon said the business told her that her vehicle would be ready on a specific day, but when the day came they called her to let her know that her vehicle was still not ready. She said she expected for her vehicle to be ready when the business told her and she was not happy with the communication because of the change. She said the emergency kit that the business gave her as a gift was really nice.
