When I made the appointment I told Jackie, the owner, that I needed the car back, he said no problem. The day of the appointment, someone from the shop called to confirm the work I wanted done, I asked if the car would be done that day and I was told yes. About 3 pm I called the shop and was told the work hadn't started yet because the lifts were busy. By 5 pm no one had called so I called the shop again and was told they just put the car on jacks but it was too late to start the work. The person at the shop asked if I needed the car that day and I told him yes and that I had told everyone I spoke to at the shop that I needed the car that day. Needless to say, it was finally done the next day about 11 am. Someone from the shop should have called me when they knew the car wouldn't be ready on time instead of me having to keep calling them.
