There used to be no substitute for real knowledge.
My car had suffered from an electronic problem that was mis-diagnosed previously by a dealer shop that caused us to experience the problem for over a year. Today, because of J and J’s deep knowledge and years of experience, they quickly and efficiently identified the true problem (not what I was told by others) and took the time to resolve it properly. Thank you all at J and J for a great job.
