We take great pride in the work we do here as well as the high star reviews from our dear customers. I do know your truck came to us with a vibration around 55 mph, upon inspection we found multiple issues that certainly will play a factor as to how your vehicle will perform with the vibration. Your front cv axles both sides were in poor conditon and certainly will cause a vibration but more importantly a safety issue. Also while addressing the driver side cv axle the bearings in the hub assembly came apart on the bay floor certainly an unforseen matter that couldnt be ignored. So with your approval you had us replace that as well, pictures were offered but you declined and said you "trusted" us. All the other work that this truck needs that can contribute to a vibration you declined at this time. Again your review concerns us as to what changed your view of us so quickly, we truly want to make this right wiith you, but we need to better understand what the matter is. We have made two attempts to reach out to you and you've made it clear you do not wish to work with us on this matter. We will respect that, even though this goes against how we like to conduct business here. We wish you the best!
