We have been going to Scotty’s for more than 20 years after trying others in the area. I have always found them to be extremely honest in their diagnosis and their work has always been the highest quality and backed up if something unexpected does happen. Over the years we have had other shops recommend expensive services and Scotty’s was always willing to give a second opinion, which usually saved a lot of expense. I can never think of a time when they said a repair wasn’t necessary and then it ended up biting us later on. If their estimate is high they adjust to the actual incurred cost. Their costs are extremely reasonable in our opinion. They are our go to experts for advice and service and if it is out of their area of knowledge they will say so and recommend a path with another provider.
