What happened?
I’ve gone to Tim Dodge Firestone for a very long time. Always had a positive experience. I made an appointment for 11am yesterday for an oil change. It was not busy. I told the guy at the counter that I could only do an oil change that day. My budget was not cooperating with me. He brings me the work order to sign and it was over $150. I refused and once again told him an oil change only. He comes back with a new work order that is $90. Again I said oil change only. He brings back a correct work order and tell me I’m looking at an hour and a half! They would take my car back in 30 minutes. Excuse me? I had an appointment. I took my keys and left. Won’t go back.
