Interaction at your dealership was fine.
I am currently in poor health due to a pinched sciatic nerve and am awaiting surgery. Because of this I was not really capable of doing a thorough inspection of this trailer. I have since found a myriad of problems. Some fairly serious. I'm certain that your personnel had to be aware of these issues. So this is going to affect my overall review dramatically.
