I had a nightmare experience at Walmart when they installed a battery with reversed polarity. It blew my 100-amp fuse and fried my voltage regulator/alternator. To their credit, Walmart told me to take it to a real shop and replace the alternator.
I stopped at VP Auto first, and from the moment I walked in I knew they were different. Super friendly, straight-up honest, and a “we’ve got this” attitude that actually felt genuine. They quoted me fairly, the new alternator showed up quick, and in just a couple hours (only one hour of labor!) everything was perfectly installed. They even fixed a couple small extra things at no charge.
My car runs better than it has in years, and I couldn’t be happier. VP just became my go-to shop for life. If you want mechanics who treat you (and your car) right, go see these guys. Highly, highly recommend! 🚗🔧
