Very professional

My turning signal was out, so I pulled in, not expecting to get it done today as it was almost COB. The guy at the counter was super nice and got me right in. Problem solved for $23 (which was more than I was expecting). However, I wasn’t impressed that they wanted to charge me $33 to bring it in and look at another issue I mentioned (a hole in my flex pipe). It’s obvious by the sound and I wanted a quote to get it fixed, but in order for that to happen, it was going to cost me $$ just to confirm, yes… your vehicle sounds like a rally car bc you have a hole in you flex pipe on top of getting it in and getting it fix. If I was to bring my vehicle in not knowing the issue, then maybe I could understand the extra charge. Lifetime Muffler, here I come. Always want to support local, but unfortunately it doesn’t always make sense. Appreciate your local customers.
