Love to drive this car

I really enjoy driving this vehicle because it’s very beautiful and I’ve received many compliments from friends. It’s very comfortable to drive and has a lot of great features which make it fun.

Customer GV70 review

Overall there is much to like about the car; it handles well, the display screen makes parking easy, it accelerates well. The power train is smooth, but not up to BMW standards, with some "gear searching" in some driving situations. The biggest downer is gas mileage, with of course premium fuel required. There are likely many features of the car I haven't discovered.

Perfect for your needs but occasional warranty issues

our GV-70 (6 cylinder twin turbo) has the perfect blend of power, luxury and comfort and fuel economy. It’s the perfect middle ground for all your needs. We did have to replace all our rotors at 10,000 miles due to warping. A front sensor fell out on day 1 and the front grill chrome started to peel but all of it covered under warranty.

Stylish

I love the get up and go even though its a 4 cylinder . It has fantastic power. Only downside is drivers seat is very uncomfortable and the hood isn't flush with the body of the vehicle

A Great Car (with minor annoyances)

I love my 2025 Genesis GV70. Drives beautifully. Looks magnificent. Perfect size blend of a sedan and SUV. Comfortable. Nice features. Feels and handles and looks like a very expensive sporty SUV (been mistaken for a Porsche numerous times). But….a few pesky annoyances, a few of which addressed in 2026 edition. Addressed (I’m told): horrible phone charger cave/hole; lack of ApplePlay wireless connectivity; and touch screen too far away from driver. I did visit a dealer and sat in the 2026 and saw some of those issues have been addressed. Still needed: a place to put things like a phone; and a more user friendly but still spectacularly loaded infotainment system. While I guess replacing the absurd phone charger cave with a flat charger helps create a place for the phone, there still isn’t an easy place for anything else. Cup holders are okay but not particularly roomy; console has been altered but still not easy to access for mints or counts or chapstick or whatever. I had Santa Fe’s for the previous 14 years and loved them…especially the user friendly infotainment center. Geez it’s complicated in the Genesis and instructions aren’t much help. I sound like an old dude but I’m really not a digital dummy. But I’m having a hard time with this technology.
