Genesis of Tulsa. The dealership is awful. The vehicle is worse.

Don't sign anything you don't read carefully. Make sure they give you a bill of sale.

Great drive, amazing features, this car is smarter than I am!

This car is beautiful. The drive is excellent, the comfort and safety features are unlimited--I still haven't figured them all out. The app is really a nice feature and full of helpful information.

I’ve driven Mercedes for 20 years. When I began looking at Genesis I knew that I found something that I would love to drive. It’s spacious. It’s comfortable. And it drives like a dream. It has all of the features you could ask for and more.

A great vehicle to drive

Great looks, superb visibility, plush, roomy cabin outstanding warranty. Compared very favorably to others in its class without the premium pricing of the German autos. The lack of dealerships is a major drawback because it effects service.

Learning to drive this vehicle

Mostly love it. Concerned that when I push the gas pedal it doesn’t take off immediately. When it does, it jerks. I probably have something turned on that shouldn’t be.turned on.

performance and luxury as expected

I purchased my GV70 4.5 months ago. My first luxury vehicle, so I was nervous if I was going to have buyers remorse for spending so much. Absolutely NOT. I enjoy driving this car every day. It is the perfect combination of performance and luxury. Only three minor issues: 1) 3-4 times while driving the screen went black then rebooted. It came back up with all setting intact, but concerning it does this spontaneously, and 2) the drivers vanity light has not worked since delivery. I didn't notice it until the day after delivery. I am sure they will fix it during the first oil change apt, and 3) I wish there was a way to turn off the auto engine stop. At stop lights when I touch the gas to re-engage the engine it is a bit jumpier than I like, especially for the passengers. Other than that the car has been perfect.

Sporty SUV

My only complaint is a dent that was found on drivers side door that needs repaired. Dent was there when took vehicle off showroom floor, found couple days later. service to fix it only available on wednesdays and I am 1.5 hours away and have difficulty getting there during the week.

Will tell everyone to avoid

I purchased a brand new 2026 gv70 in may of 2025 and within 4 months and under 4500 miles there are paint chips in the hood and the bumper that you claim are road debris related. The paint in your vehicles is thin and you refuse to cover your craftsmanship. My luxury experience is being turned away twice and told to contact BBB to maybe have a chance to fix my issues.
