Palisade review

so far we are really enjoying our 2025 Palisade. Our only issue was our sales guy at the dealership. He has been horrible to deal with after the purchase when it was missing the clear bra and took 2 mths to get fixed. He also just gave us the keys at pick up and didn't go over the vehicle with us at all.

Great SUV. Went from Lexus IS F sport and I wouldn’t change a thing. ALL of the amenities and pick up. Not one percent buyers remorse!

Meets are expectations

We are enjoying our new Palisade. The interior is beautiful. We only wish that the Calligraphy model which we bought had less exterior chrome . That is, we preferred the look of the 2025 Night Edition but did not purchase because that trim did not offer Napa leather seats and we preferred leather seats.

Great Automobile

The Palisade is my second Hyundai. I owned a Santa Fe before and loved it as well. I first encountereed the Palisade when my daughter bought one and I fell in love with it, so I bought one also. I am still learning everything about it, but it truly is a great car

Good, not great

Interior is nice with comfortable seating and good features. Just enough without being too much. Exterior is a scratch magnet, not durable at all. Has enough to get you from A to B, not much else as far as performance goes. Comfortable driving on the highway and getting through traffic, but not what I'd call a fun drive.

Build Quality & Driving

Keyless entry on drivers door only works 3 out of 10 times. Have to keep pulling handle before actuator works. Trim panels in trunk prooved far too thin and ive a crack in one which is just not acceptable. Plastic is not suitable for purpose. Either make trim thicker or use different materials. Transmission shifting is not always smooth or accurate. I have had issues where it revs far too high for to long. The coasting in sports mode is non existent. tends to stay in far too low a gear for far too long. Steering feels cheap yet it handles consistantly the same at higher speeds. Apple car play has crashed several times. cars MMI seems to freeze. Restart required.
