Terrible noise at 1 month old!

We purched our Calligraphy model Palisade on 7/27/25. About a month in there was a low noise grind on acceleration. After 2-3 wks the noise got louder and more often. We took it into Temecula Hyundai 9/23/25. After a week I needed my car back for out of town family for the weekend so we picked it up 10/1/25. The service department has no idea what is causing it and says they have been working with Hyundai. We returned the car back to service 10/7/25. We are frustrated that no one knows how to fix the problem and when we call Temecula Hyundai we do not get calls or texts returned. My husband evenn left a message for the GM with no response. He had to physically drive down there to speak with someone.

Really nice car, I'm enjoying it!

I love my car and all the bells and whistles! I wish it had a little better gas mileage. I guess I'm just used to my smaller suv! Love all the convenience factors! Beautiful body style and robust emerald color is gorgeous!

Poor construction

This is the third Hyundai our household bought this year. All three have had cosmetic issues. The Palisade front grill has the black paint bubbling up after just 2,000 miles. It also has significant wind noise at and above 45 MPH.

SAFE AND COMFORTABLE

We bought a 2021 Palisade brand new and two years later, we were rear-ended at 70 miles an hour during a rainy day when traffic was slowing to a stop. The impact pushed us into the median and we rolled over once and landed on the driver side of the Palisade. All the safety devices worked! All the air bags deployed, side, front, and seat. So, it was a no brainer that when it came time to buy new again, we chose the 2025 Hyundai Palisade.

A really good SUV for the price

Great vehicle. I’m enjoying it so far. The only issue I have is some problems with Apple Car Play. Sometimes it doesn’t want to play right. Could be a problem on my end. It is frustrating though.
