The HUD display dies every 2-3 thousand miles

At 8000 miles my heads up display has failed twice. Hyundai service does nothing but re-crimp a cable as service. It will wiggle itself loose again in 2000 miles.

nice suv

the car is very nice. the problem i have is with the dealer's installed options that I don't want. I wanted a full electric suv but bought a Cadillac optiq instead. there were no dealer extras.

Nice styling, ride, interior features and safety elements

The vehicle has many high points. It has nice styling and a comfortable ride that offers good visibility. It has many safety features which make it a comfortable vehicle to feel secure in. It has many "high tech" features which are nice, but almost has too many elements to understand and remember how to operate and use effectively. Sometimes simple can be better.

I love the car.

I feel more confident when I drive because of the warning systems when backing up, and when people are in my blind spots. The car with the surround cameras makes it much easier to park.

2025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid - Blue Trim Level

It has been very reliable! The display monitor inside the car is wide and seamless, making it easy to find information I want. I also have been appreciating the safety features. They are informative and not intrusive. I am satisfied with the Blue Trim Level but would be interested in getting a different trim level in the future!

Very disappointed in Tuscon purchase and service

Had planned long term ownership and bought Limited package with extended warranties. At 2000 miles problems requiring towing. First dealership said they wouldn't be able to look at it for a week. Towed to second dealership - diagnosed rodent damage due to soy coating on wires (quote from service manager that it attracts rodents) costing $500 deductible with possiblity of additional extensive costs in the future. Been told some people had "over $10,000 in damage". Add costs/time for recommended rodent spray which I am told probably won't work and who expects to have to spray their car every night! Lived in area for 25 years with multiple cars and no problems. No nieghbors have Hyundais or problems. First time at service, car not properly diagnosed. Was called back with different diagnosis. Car then not properly repaired so had to take it back an additional 2 times (1 hour each way travel plus time) and still not fixed because they kept missing issue from original diagnosis. Also extra parts left on seats/floor and wires hanging below dash when picked up. Per service manager due to incompetence. Scheduled 4th visit next week. Service contact won't install rodent repelling tape because it would void warrantly - I have no idea how to do this. Would really appreciate some assistance and support from Hyundai.
