Vehicle and sales experience were great. However, the vehicle had the instrument cluster black out problem and spent 27 days in the shop. There are so many features on the vehicle it's hard to program them all.

This is a good vehicle for the price. In my opinion, the technology is the best in its class. Safety is also very good. Gas mileage could be better. The drive can be rough. Seats are a little too hard

Love my tucson

Traded in a Mercedes SUV for my Tucson. I couldn’t be happier. The ride is great. The electronics are good, but could be better. The dealership has been wonderful. Gas mileage is incredible compared to what I had and it takes regular gas.

Initially all 4 tires were "flat spotted". Dealer supposedly balanced out 1 and put 3 new tires on the car. Still small vibration at highway speeds.

Pleased with this purchase- good performance and value - wish the map font was in black to show up better and improve the locking system - back doors only unlock after the front doors are unlocked when using the handle - wud be nice if all doors opened once their handle was touched- I was used to this with my previous vehicle and it was convenient

Early impressions are positive

I'm coming up on three months of ownership with my new Hyundai Tucson. So far I'm impressed with its ride and comfort. I would have thought the fuel economy would be a little better with the hybrid engine. The Elantra that I formerly owned got over 40 mpg on the highway. My Tucson gets in the mid-30s on the highway.
