Tucson review

This vehicle has had an issue that required it be at the dealership for a total of 29 calendar days on 2 separate occasions. There was an issue with the Heads up display that took the dealership weeks to connect with Hyundai and find the issue. I also needed to open a case with Hyundai Corporate to try and get some attention on this challenge.

Almost excellent but still great

2 problems: Your onboard navigation system sucks compared to Google maps so the HUD is useless most of the time. Your infotainment system desperately needs a pause button. You can’t pause streaming media without interacting with your phone. Your competitors have pause buttons.

Broken Dashboard System

Within 30 days of owning this vehicle, the dashboard system has completely failed. Service to replace has taken more than a month with no resolution in sight. This is a massive and critical failure and an unfortunate situation for new Hyundai Tucson Hybrid owners.
