Very nice quiet, comfortable ride (limited)

Overall very satisfied. Ride is quieter to my ears than a few "luxury" brands (I didn't drive them all). I can get upwards of 42 mph on mixed driving with a bias towards urban. Highway above 70 drops to around 33, but it's an SUV. Needs a couple of minor tweaks to the electronics. Yes, it's an HEV, but I still feel it's a tad aggressive activating the ICE. Yes, the backup camera does a good job, but some situations it seems that feeding the side mirror cameras to the dash during backup, as during directional signal activation, would be useful, and the capability is already there.

I think the vehicle is a great buy all around for the money. Wish there was less hard plastic all around the car and option to get better sound system and plusher seats.

Disapointed

We have been purchasing Hyundai for 20 years a new car every three years, but this may be our last. The car looks great, and a lot of great features, top of the line tuscon loaded, but not all things work. The hatch will not open when you have the key in your pocket, or when you push the fob. You need to unlock the car to manually open it. The running lights are out. The doors will not always unlock when you touch the handle, must use fob. No heat or air on the driver's side along the door. The a/c turns off by itself, and then is difficult to turn on. The heat on the steering wheel turns on by itself, and will not turn off with the button, must turn off the car to shut off. The emergency braking system does not work. Drivers seat does not always move back when you shut off the car and open the door. Drivers assist giving warning inconsistently For a hybrid does not give expected mileage. This is our second hybrid. It runs fine and is confortable.

A lot of options and a comfortable ride

The ride is comfortable and we love the tech options and the app. We dislike that you can’t wear sunglasses and use cruise control making long trips uncomfortable.

Great, but a few changes please

This is a fantastic car and the hybrid is smooth and functions as expected. There’s a few details from previous years and other models that I wish were included, but otherwise this car is a trooper for our soccer roadtrips and city driving.

Runs smoothly has great computer features but sadly every time I get in the car I have to sign in. Running around all day getting in and out of the car is time consuming having to sign in. Love the ride but annoying sometimes
