Good vehicle but it has a few problems built in. "Consider taking a break" warning is ridiculous in its frequency. Whatever it is using to determine this is incredibly bad! Front windshield washers barely work at all. Air vents for the rear seating are inadequate.

Features missing, features loved

Door handles make doors sound like a tank. I miss my auto retracting side mirrors that I have on my Santa Fe. Please consider adding seat cooling in the rear. Missing the continuous MPG meter! Love the new dashboard screen! The clay interior is fantastic for southern climates and is very sleek and modern! The rotating camera is a great addition!

A little disappointed

It may sound like a small issue. I read online that model year 25/26 Tucson will be an able to download, some for a fee, different themes for the screens. I went to Bluelink app and started to research. I found the Peanuts and Snoopy themes interesting. I selected the theme I was interested in only for the app to tell me my vehicle is not eligible. I made sure all my infotainment software was up to date. I called the Bluelink helpdesk only to get people that had no idea to explain to me why my vehicle was not eligible. A lot of ums and ums and ums. On the second call, the lady quickly mentioned some kind of error on the “head unit” but could not elaborate more. She said that a fix would be coming in August or September. She then offered to have someone from a tech department call me back. She put me on a “2 minute” hold which turned into 10 minutes and a dropped call. I was still expecting to get a call back, but 1 and a half weeks later, radio silence. First, I want to know why your app is initially telling that my vehicle year is eligible and then later saying the vehicle is not? Second, if in face there is an issue with some software or head unit, why must I wait 4 or 5 months for a fix? Third, since these themes are “for a limited time only”, what happens if the fix does not come on time? Fourth, my wife and I paid $48,000 for the highest trim level available. I would expect things that are promised to work. I was expecting more from Hyundai. But now we are quite disappointed. They

Tuscon love

Anyone who drives my new Tuscon Hyundai hybrid comments on what a comfortable car it is. I felt bad for my son because he bought a different car before driving the Tuscon and wishes he had purchased one himself. The car rides very smooth, there is plenty of leg room and it is very detailed with style.

First Hybrid - Very Impressed

We usually keep cars for 10 years so we sold our 2015 Lexus ES for something new. We are both 78 years old and it is getting harder to get into and out of a low car so we were looking for something with easier access and a little more compact with good gas mileage. We settled on the compact SUV/Hybrid size and compared the usual suspects (Rav4, CRV, Mazda C-50, etc) but found that the Hyundai Tucson (fully loaded Limited) had the best all-around features, value and size. One of us is relatively tech-savvy so the huge step up in technology from the 2015 Lexus to the 2026 Tucson was not that intimidating, although it might be for others in our age bracket. Have only driven it on one 500+ mile trip so far, but the experience confirmed our decision to buy this vehicle. It's actually quieter than the Lexus we had before although the ride is not as soft. Gas mileage on that trip was around 36 mpg which is about what we expected. The only negative comment we have so far is the status lights on the HVAC controls are so faint that they are hard to see in daylight. Otherwise, we're looking forward to keeping this vehicle for as long as we are able to drive.

Absolutely could not have made a better choice, this HEV was the second best one I have ever made. Just getting married to my wife only beats it, sorry Hyundai 😁

Beautiful automobile. A few glitches.

I love the car. I keep having a problem with getting a blue screen or a green screen often. I have already had the camera recall completed. I have had it in to Larry H Miller three times so far and still get the blank camera screens. That needs to be addressed. I also received an alert that the navigation needed an update. That procedure is very awkward. There should be a simpler way to update the system without downloading to a USB and plugging into the car.

As good as ever but packages need revising

I love the Tucson. This is my third one. I just wish that Hyundai had changed the packages trying to force you to purchase the highest package if you want a Moonroof. Not everyone needs leather and remote parking.

Worth trading GM in my Mercedes for!!!

I love the ride and the tech is great. Extremely comfortable interior with well thought out UI. The app is quick and free for life (for original owner). Can’t beat the price for what you get compared to Japanese comps. The warranty? Well it’s a Hyundai so ya know. I owned my last Hyundai for 12 years and only did required maintenance on it. I’m looking forward to having the same reliability. I tried to get the same from my GLC but it had too many repairs from years 5-7 that I had to get rid of it.
