I had went to Ford dealership to inquire about repair. Their answer was leave it for several days and
will cost between $1500 - $2000. I had my Ford Focus in Happy Karz previously for needed maintenance. I spoke with them regarding the roof, and he explained the diagnostic process. I took it back for maintenance and asked them to do what they could to the roof. They removed the panels covering the front roof supports next to windshield and washed out clogged mud, debris and the drains on both sides now work fine. Thanks Happy Karz for saving us thousands of dollars.

Returning from Lakeland, there A/C left us in opening the windows. Laughingly, we remembered the day
s of the "vents", :). At the first opportunity visited the dealership $$$. Made an appointment at Tommy's Auto Service who's team service was remarkable in that they helped with the insurance claim and were $$ less than the dealership Shoutout to Tommy's Auto Service team.
