I traveled to gulf shores for a family trip and the first day of my trip my car broke down. I had it
towed here and Eastern Shore Hyundai had my alternator replaced in a very timely manner before I was due to go back home and the customer service was impeccable . they called me and kept me informed every step of the way. My service specialist was Cindy and she was very helpful and friendly. if I didn't live 200 miles away I would go here for all of my maintenance.

eable about all the car models .Buying a car is stressful, especially when a person is on a fixed income. He put my wife and I at ease very quickly, unlike some of the other dealerships in the Lehigh Valley. He asked many questions to get a picture of what we both wanted and needed in a new vehicle. He was very patient !! We came back 3 times before we made the purchase. He never pressured us, and took a lot of time to explain in detail all the fine points even if we didn't understand..
I can't think of anything Richy did that we found questionable.

I will be like a kid in candy store trying out all the buttons this first week. Choose this over Land Rover as it offered so much more for so much less. Was not pushy just friendly and helpful. The finance guy was easy to work with. Seemed honest. Service manager was introduced and went over first oil change. Bought extended warranty for my own peace of mind and without pressure.
