t of the building, office, waiting room and the workshop. That was followed up by Jose Hernandez introducing himself as we walked in the waiting room area/ office. We had filled out an online scheduled appointment prior to showing up. We talked about the list of items that we needed to have repaired. Jose explained that they would do a general inspection of the vehicle for $150 at first and that price will be waived after the repairs are completed, which makes sense. Don’t trust the words of the owner unless he’s a certified mechanic. After their inspection, you will get a printed copy of the price list including labor and parts. It may seem high to most people but, it is well worth for your investment for routine maintenance or vehicle repairs. Jose will also make recommendations to add something that you may have missed being related to a particular repair. Example one was, doing a leaking radiator repair, hoses were replaced, clamps, radiator, coolant lines inlet and outlet coming from the firewall. Jose recommended that if I wanted to replace the thermostat, after they had started work on it, obviously I said yes, it’s part of the cooling process. Just recommendations that makes sense and future repairs. In the future, I will definitely be taking our other vehicles for routine maintenance and other repairs need be. Jose’s customer service is very friendly, honest and knowledgeable in his field of experience. On the day promised for pick up, he actually called to say our vehicle was ready, most mechanics I dealt with before don’t have the common courtesy to do simple things like that. Upon arriving at One Way Auto Repair Inc, I noticed our vehicle outside of their building had been washed and looked clean, I was impressed by that kind of service. I noticed earlier that morning that our vehicle was at a car wash off Euclid St. ( had a Apple Air Tag inside of it). As we walked in for payment, we sat down reviewing the work list and the amount. What’s great about this place is their 12,000 mile or 12 month warranty, you won’t get that at most auto repair shops. The car wash was the icing on the cake! I will definitely recommend One Way Auto Repair Inc to those who want quality care a service.
