The staff in this Auto Shop are exceptional ( from Steve Yun , the administrative staff, and the mech
anics). I watch and listen carefully as they approach and explain problems with other customers in the waiting room. They are very polite, professional, and listen carefully to the customer. But most importantly, they give you a quote with an honest explanation and the length of time for repair. There is absolutely no upselling of unnecessary repairs and no intimidation. I’ve been a customer for ~3years and completely satisfied. They do excellent repairs at an affordable price.
