I’ve been going to Motec for a few years now. Car wouldn’t start. Called AAA to change it out but the
y said it was my starter. Took it to Motec and Aldolfo recommended changing the battery and said I could wait. They’d have it done in few minutes. I only waited about 45 minutes. They did a great job while I enjoyed their comfortable waiting area. Great customer service and when possible they take you right in.

Dani went above and beyond to figure it out what my car problem was, which he did in 1 hour! I took m
y car to 2 other major franchises before and no one could figure it out what was wrong (randomly wouldn't start, and then after hours start again). Others suggest me many different repairs, without being sure about the problem. Dani in 1 hour was able to figure it out with confidence, and the car was done soon after. The costumer service is amazing, everyone there was very warm, empathetic, and nice. Dani also explains everything that is going on, and gave me a very good deal. I was suffering with this problem for 3 months, and can't thank them enough for fixing it. I will recommend to everyone and keep coming back.
