y, easy to talk to. And I also like that I can talk to the person who actually worked on my car, and the guy remembers me and my car! Try doing that at the dealership. I never feel pressured into service that is not necessary. When I ask questions, they listen patiently and give me clear answers/options. Wish I had found them earlier. No more going to the cold, stiff over priced dealership for me.
