My car overheated on the Garden State Parkway during rush hour. We were able to exit to a local town,
but my daughter & I were stranded almost an hour & a half from my home on my birthday. I expected to have to wait atleast an hour for a tow, but a driver (Timothy B.) showed up in almost half the time. Not only was Timothy efficient, he was polite & a great conversationalist who made the ride home almost timeless. My frustration & concerns about the car (that I had just gotten out of the repair shop) faded to the background during the journey home. Thx Defalco for having an efficient professional on your team. God forbid I ever have a car fail me again I would not hesitate to reach out to your company.

If your in the market to purchase a Hyundai don't go anywhere else. I went to another Hyundai dealer
in Brooklyn first - it was a horrible experience; they were nasty and dishonest. The next day I called Hyundai City and spoke with Raz. What an amazing car buying experience. Less than a week later I was driving my new car. The staff at Hyundai City is the absolute best there is. I worked with Raz (sales) and Rohan (finance) they were both extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. At Hyundai City of Bay Ridge they truly do treat you like family. Raz even came in on his day off to be there when I picked up my car.
Two months later when it was time to get a car for my son my first and only stop was Hyundai City!
