Walmart snapped the rear passenger tire lug bolt when removing bolts to replace tires. This was on a
Friday already late afternoon. I called round and Empire Automotive were the only ones that took care of me within a couple hours of closing. Everyone else was telling me to come on Monday. Super friendly and I could sense the honesty. The owner introduced himself “Oswaldo” and spent some time chatting. Rudy the front desk clerk was great as well.
