Rob's Automotive hit it out of the park for me again. Had bought brand new tires from a tire store a
nd the balance was way off. I did not take it back to them, because if they could not get new tires balance correctly, why trust them again. The techs at Rob's nailed it on their first try. Driving my sports car is a pleasure again. I would recommend Rob's in Morgantown to anyone.

Isaac's crew at Wade's allowed me to put in my own appointment date two days ahead of time, and just
that quick, the job was done. Contrast that with the 'specialty shop devoted to my particular type of classic hotrod hatchback, where I put in a Service Request at the end of October, and on Dec 1, that shop finally got around to saying, "oh, we don't do cat. converter installs." Isaac showed a real interest in my car's other items of concern, and offered sound advice on them. Needless to say, I'll be bringing my classic to Wade's from now on!

John worked on my Chevy Cruze which had been a nightmare project. He was very knowledgeable about th
e issues with this vehicle and motor. It required a lot of work to get it running dependably again. I was given an estimate up front and was advised that it may go up or down depending what was found. That was refreshing to see such honesty. He kept me informed and explained his reasoning for the work performed, again another rare attribute in a auto shop. In all the final cost was close to what I expected and found to be very reasonable. Would recommend A1 auto and John for any vehicle repair.
