Everyone I talked to was super kind and explained everything going on with my car in a way I could un
derstand as someone who doesn’t know much about cars! They didn’t try to get a bunch of unnecessary money out of me and only fixed what truly needed to be fixed! And their service was incredibly fast even with it being a holiday weekend! I 100% recommend coming to L and L repair for any of your car needs!!

Having been alerted by another driver that I did not have any 'brake lights', I was rather alarmed a
nd knew I had to get this fixed ASAP. Even though it was towards the end of the month, when most auto repair shops are doing monthly inspections, I took a chance and drove to Thompson's, first thing Monday morning (arriving approx. 8:30), thinking since I didn't have an 'appointment', I'd need to leave my vehicle and call someone for a ride. However, the gentleman that listened to my concerns and took my keys just advised me that someone would look at the brake lights and that there were several appointments ahead of me. I went to the very spacious and nice 'customer waiting room' and found another lady also waiting. Momentarily (probably not more than 10 minutes), I see a mechanic get in and move my car from the front parking space, which indicated they were at least going to check it out. A mechanic came in to talk with the other lady regarding some issue she was having with her AC and in a short while, he came back to say her vehicle was ready. About the same time, the mechanic that took my keys at the front desk, came into the waiting room to say my car was ready too! I hadn't been there barely an hour! The front desk mechanic showed me the bulbs they'd found that were burned out/broken/corroded and replaced (I am very appreciative of the mechanic taking time to explain what they found and how they fixed it). The cost of the repair was very reasonable as well. After living in the Culpeper area since 2021 and using two other auto repair shops in the area, I can honestly say 'God sent me to Thompson's Auto Repair' about a year or so ago...where everyone is 'customer focused' and strives to be the BEST at providing services....and where I feel as though I'm treated like they would treat their own mother. I thank God for blessing me with Thompson's 'angels that have mechanic tools'!! Praying that Thompson's business will flourish and prosper and be in business long into the future. 'A thankful/blessed/more than satisfied' customer!

Do not normally give reviews, but I wanted to give Legacy Automotive a 5 star for fixing an aggravati
ng a/c issue on my older Honda Civic which has been going on for some time. The difficulty was that it was an intermittent problem, and before finding Legacy Automotive I had some other auto repair shops look at it with no success. Thank you Mark for taking the time and having the expertise to find the unusual cause of the problem and repairing at a reasonable cost.
