Service consultant staff was very professional and courteous. Communication was a little cumbersome
- text to primary mobile, voicemail to secondary mobile. Payment was a little cumbersome also as I was notified that a personal check was not acceptable for a $9,300 repaired so I had to go to my bank to attain a cashiers check.

The service work your asking for is written down and used to further flesh out the problem until they
can under the hood or under the car. When all of that is done they then can explain clearly to you what needs to be addressed. After the work is done they explain again what's been done, and what needs to be looked at in the future. That's what I call top notch service!
