I recently had by 2015 Sonata in for its scheduled maintenance and was very pleased with my overall
experience especially my interaction with Jay. I was however frustrated when it came time to pay my bill. I attempted to use my debit card but it was rejected Both when I inserted it into your machine and when your cashier attempted the process. As a result my only option was to use my credit card, which cost me an extra $45. I was frustrated because I had earlier that same day successfully used my debit card and ,after retrieving my car, I had another occasion the same day to successfully use my debit card. My conclusion is that the problem was with your machine not my debit card.

ed to look at all options. I met with Michael Briones and he showed me the different models and was great at selling all the options. He truly was amazing throughout the entire process. He is extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles and features.
Eric Dance was also very helpful and assisted throughout.
Once I had my keys Michael walked me through in detail key features and helped me set some of them up. That was pretty valuable and I really appreciated the time he spent with me.

I needed a smog check and oil change .Per previous mechanic i needed radiator and coil replacement. I
requested an estimate for replacement parts to fix my AC on my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2016. This is my 2nd facility spoke with Michael he requested i swing by for him to look at the AC. I was recieved by Daniel and was offered an appointment for smog and oil change for following day. Car was worked on while Michael called for AC parts to get estimate on AC. got call back 1 hr later with estimate $100 less then previous shop estimate. Which is not much but i found out my radiator did not need replacement. I did need struts and shocks which he sent me pictures of. I decided to have him complete struts, shocks, AC,smog, oil change and spark plugs changed. I did not need the vehicle the same day so I picked it up the following morning. Was given a list of what I should think about replacing or fixing with quotes of cost. Thank you for making it less painful then required and giving me a list of what to possibly expect. Will definately be back and recommend.
