It took a week, not their fault, and extremely happy with the service
The battery light came on, and power steering didn't work. I knew that it was the serpentine belt.
Had the car towed to Towne Line. They confirmed it was an issue with the serpentine belt path. The belt didn't break, but the tensioner needed replacement. This is a Suzuki Gran Vitara, and Suzuki stopped selling cars in the US in 2012. It took a week to have a replacement part shipped to the shop, which was disappointing but didn't surprise us. We're retired, so surviving a week with only one car wasn't that difficult. They are thorough and professional, and we trust them with both of our cars. They communicated with us through the whole process. Fair pricing and quality work. Highly recommend!

Watched an employee patiently help another customer who had a portable gas can that wouldn't open, he took his time and told me he was sorry he was taking so long but he would help me as soon as he finished. Family owned with that touch of pride in their work that you just don't see everywhere anymore.
