When I walked in the door, I was greeted by name (on my very first visit), and with a smile! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. The waiting area is very clean, and they have snacks and water as well. I got a clear run down of how my inspection went & a timeline to help me keep up with preventive maintenance in the future. Three technicians ran to my aide and PUSHED my car to the shop. I am a BC resident, however, even when I lived in Henderson and even Las Vegas for a time, I still would only trust my car care to DB/Court's.
