Staff is friendly and courteous. They provided me with a loaner car that saved me time and money with
less stress about leaving my car over night. They got back to me when they said they would and Nick was great at helping me understand what the problem was with car and my options were going forward. Overall good experience even though I got bad news about my car.

Outstanding results from outstanding professionals
Scott and his team took in my vehicle an hour and a half before closing on a Friday. Not only did the
y knock out an oil change, they fixed my bumper. That was hanging loose. All of the clips were destroyed on the bumper, and they somehow managed to make it seem like it never happened. All within an hour and a half turnover. There isn't a better shop in Indianapolis.

I like j&j mechanics kudos to Warren he's a good mechanic he gets the job done and the price is not extravagant it's within reason I've had several jobs done there and I'm satisfied with them all plus you get a warranty for your parts and labor

I had a good experience with VG Auto Care. I brought my 2010 GMC Terrain in because it was struggling
more when accelerating, especially with the A/C on, and my check engine light was on. They found that my exhaust manifold was cracked and explained that it could possibly be welded, but replacing it would be the better and less complicated repair. They even showed me the old part afterward, so I was able to see for myself how badly it was cracked. Since the repair, my check engine light is off. I appreciate that they found the actual problem instead of immediately telling me I needed an expensive catalytic converter replacement.
