lt being replaced. He was very helpful and respectful unlike the staff over at Bellevue Honda. My seat belt was replaced in a timely manner, even when I missed my appointment. Andrey took care of my shuttle service without a hitch. The staff over at the parts department also were very helpful. Last thing I want to mention is that the place was very clean and spotless. I would definitely go back for my parts and service needs.

I went in for an oil change and information on getting a tune up on my 2009 GMC Sierra with over 200,
000 miles on it. The mechanic gave me an incredibly detailed quote, and customer service rep, Ashley, worked with me to determine what course of action I would take. The customer service was excellent and I will be getting the tune up in a couple of days.

Gary worked on a 2013 Outback for us. It had been a long time since it had been serviced, and it was
leaning to one side. I was expecting the expense of all the parts and labor would be high, and they were, because a lot needed done. But he did a thorough job replacing and/or repairing all it needed, and I still feel like we saved money compared to taking her to a dealership. While it took 10 days because lots needed done, we were very pleased with all the completed work!
