After the Dealer Was Greedy & No Help!
At first, I towed my ca
r to a Dealership & was told to wait 3 days for an estimate & IF I choose to leave it, they will call me.
A few hours later I got a call telling me my estimate was done in record time. They quoted "$6000 with taxes included" to fix my transmission. When I asked the service manager for an explanation he said "IT" recommended replacement. I thought of asking him who's IT, but instead I asked him to please send me a written estimate for my review and he refused to provide me the estimate. He did however provide me with a bill that I OWED them $215 for a verbal estimate!
So then I researched Transmissions and finding SUN WEST TRANSMISSIONS was like hitting the transmission JACKPOT!
What a DIFFERANCE from SWT made!
