This Thursday when I drove at 90, the dashboard of my old C300 turned to full red with battery icon i
n it, also steering is difficult. Per ChatGPT, it is not a simple battery issue but probably related with charging system. I immediately stoped and towed it here. It was diagnosed quickly and fixed within two days considering there are lots of other appointments and near holidays. The real issue is drive belt and acc belt idler pulley which caused charging problem. I am so thankful because it is near Christmas and I really need the car for my work. The admin and engineers here are awesome! I really appreciate it!

. Yes, I hemorrhaged a great deal money doing this. On five occasions, I did take my car into LBR to get a second opinion for root cause and cost comparison. For all five, they exceeded my expectations. They are very professional and are not in the business to nickel and dime their customers. I plan to take my car to them going forward instead of the dealership.
