Hyundai Fremont was great...however rest of Hyundai provided terrible service
Hyundai Fremont was great. Nick took care of the paint issue very efficiently once I went to Fremont.
The rest of Hyundai including Hyundai America call center and the case manager (Pamela) assigned and her supervisor was horrendous. San Leandro Hyundai also never followed through after they took the pictures...never submitted it to Hyundai. Stevens Creek Hyundai would also not help. This case took 3+ months to resolve because of complete incompetence elsewhere in the organization. I should've gone to Fremont Hyundai to begin with.

ery friendly and worked things out as fast as they could. I do appreciate them being great with test driving a number of vehicles before deciding which one or purchase.

I'm most impressed by two things. Kevin fixed rain water leak on my car over a year ago and, guess wh
at, he just billed me this week. It goes to show that he trusted me and, I think, it goes both ways. The latest was fixing a lot of other leaks on my car, such as engine oil, transmission and a temporary fix for the rack and pinion. There were also tire replacement and other minor items on top of all these. The car was in on Wednesday and everything was done by Friday as Kevin promised. The only item that was left out was smog and it was because the machine was broke. The service is not always the cheapest but the work is good and promises are always kept.

new mechanic. Extremely helpful great pricing. Does not rip you off fair pricing. He is very patient I had my car to be towed to his shop. Towing service was ridiculous. David kept checking on me to see if I was going to be able to come in. He still fit me in his schedule took care of me in the nick of time. He has been very helpful in more than a few situations.
