ded a complete refresh under the hood. 21 years old and about 160K miles with still the original spark plugs, wires, hoses. Coolant about 10 years old. I wanted to use all original Lexus/Toyota/Denso parts that I was willing to accumulate. They had no problem performing all the labor with those parts. (They earlier replaced the struts with ones I purchased). The car runs great. They found some other things that were old but for now still worked. No problem with me buying the OEM parts and bringing it back in. Simply the best ever.

This vehicle is our son's car. He had mentioned the symptoms of a "shaky" steering wheel at lower sp
eeds along with it "pulling". Initially he took the vehicle to the corner Shell station in Springfield, VA as he believes all service stations are the same and the trip to Integrity Tire and Auto in Falls Church is too far and not worth it. I commend Shell for not charging him anything and the recommendation they made (partially correct). What I like about Integrity is speaking directly with mechanics who actually work on your vehicle, test drive them and clearly state their initial assessments. Relaying the symptoms independently to both Rob and Chris, they believed the vehicle had a separated tire. Come to find all the tires on the vehicle were the original 2008 (18 years old) tires and the front left tire tread had separated with a bulge. Four new tires and my son stated the "car drives like new".
