The service appointment was completed in 2 hours! I was informed that the back breaks were not replac
ed as, they were still in good condition. They discovered parts that were not Toyota parts & those were replaced with original ones. What I find most outstanding is that they provided transportation due to the extreme heat. That is providing excellent Customer Service!
