ugh so I needed a fix pronto. Zach came as soon as he could, and quickly determined it was the starter and replaced it. I was back on the road quickly. I'm grateful he was willing to work late on a Friday to solve my issue. He was professional and helpful. I'm very pleased with his service.

Brought my jeep back alive
I contacted S&C about seeing if they could revive my 2004 Rubicon . It had been sitting for a good 7
years without being used. I was very impressed with our initial meeting. A good feeling was there after seeing the facilities and meeting the technicians. This job required good troubleshooting skills and patience. They went above and beyond in their work. It was a pain I'm sure, but they got it running and performing well. Enough can't be said about the communication and updates as they worked on it. Excellent. I got a call today from them following up and making sure I was happy. Many thanks to the S&C crew. In July 2024, I had a rebuilt transmission placed into my truck since then it’s been running flawless
ly until I had some kind of a fault a few mornings ago. When I contacted the shop, they were quick to let me know that it would be covered under warranty and they would have it worked out as soon as possible. They got back to me 24 hours later with the problem fixed and me able to pick my truck up. This is the kind of customer service and standing behind your work. We need more of today and I really appreciate having them as a business in my community.
