Came and got me off the 303 and even gave me his truck to drive home. He fixed it next day and I'm I'm Vegas. Truly a class act shop and above and beyond customer service. Oh. Lost my 06 5.9l Ram 3500 to an ECM fault on a recent trip to Arizona and picked up a 2020 Ram 3500 6.
7l with the grid heater issue. A buddy just had Sparks Diesel install on of Banks products to prevent the OEM grid heater from dropping a bolt/nut into a cylinder which could cause some devastating damage.
Reached out to Matt while still in Arizona to schedule a time to get the Banks product installed, lead time was about two weeks out. Took it in yesterday, and as quoted, completed in 4-hours, very reasonable shop rate.
A busy repair shop is a good reflection of the crew and reputable and fair service being delivered. Thanks
