Previous mechanics quoted me at 1500~ dollars with terrible communication, and refused to listen when
I stated that I wanted to do most of the electrical and matinence work myself, and just needed help with the undercarriage bolts. Steve at Matt's knew exactly what work needed done for the car to be drivable after one short call, and quoted me for only what I asked for at 50 dollars. Completely understood that I didn't want anything else to be touched or try to upcharge me. I didn't have to repeat myself or my needs. Updated me promptly when the work was done and was very kind and direct. I couldn't be happier and I feel very respected as a customer. I will be returning if and when I need more work done.

It’s nice to take your car in for service and pay what you’re quoted. They do a complete inspection a
nd give you a report of what they found. No pressure to have other work done.

We just recently switched to Integrity Auto Care after being with our previous mechanic for over 20-y
