usually keep it! Customer service was responsive and when my insurance company saw the estimate was from Carstar, the agent went on and on about how wonderful a shop it is and how easy they made it for the insurance company. Staff were warm and professional. Mark communicated directly with my insurance, on our behalf, making life a little easier on these two septuagenarians. Fine work, fine folks. I highly recommend them. They really know what they're doing.

Had a brake issue that needed same day repair. Showed up at opening w/o an appt, met Edi, explained w
hat I needed and mentioned another engine issue (low-idle stalling) I’d like looked at. I got a quote an hour later and the brakes were done a few hours after that. The only disappointment was that the idle/stall problem wasn’t addressed. I stalled out while trying to leave the parking lot after they said it’d been test driven. (The stall issue happens daily so it should’ve been noticed during test drive.) But that’s my fault for not addressing it then and there on site and it wasn’t the primary repair issue.) Same day brake replacement hours after leaving it saved the day. Edi also advised about a few other specific things he said should be looked at. Brakes work great and the parts are all brand new. Great customer service.
