Inspection for a potential purchase of handicap van
This was our first time at Universal Auto House and it won't be our last. Rod and partner were outsta
nding, very honest and helpful. I needed to get an inspection on a ramp equipped van that I was looking to buy and a few maintenance related issues taking care of. Rod had the van up and going with all new oil and fluids in no time. He is a gem---he made a special pull tie for the back hatch to make it more easier to pull down while sitting in my mobility scooter, he did this all on his own and I was very pleasantly surprised when I got home and saw that he had done this for me! I rate this place of business A+ on its service. A+ on friendliness. And A++ on honesty. Thank you UAH for everything you have done to help me!
