Since Bill’s Automotive is a designated install shop for Rough Country, it was an easy decision to go
to Bill’s. They gave me a very reasonable quote to install, handled the parts order quickly and assumed any warranty go-between with RC. As soon the parts arrived at Bill’s, they called and setup the next available appointment. Drop off was easy, install was same day and was given a detailed invoice with all costs explained. I am very happy with their professional and courteous service and am planning to transfer my oil changes and any other services to them exclusively.

less. I have never experienced the efficient and kind, respectful service from every team member.
I was a manager for 30 years and never had any of my team members demonstrate the level of service and respect that I experienced.
