I took my 2016 Chevy Colorado with 130,000 miles on it to Larry as recommended by a friend. From the
first call I knew this place was different than the the rest. The young lady who answered the phone was pleasant, polite and knowledgable. I had a significant oil leak and was concerned that I was in for a expensive engine repair. As it turned out, Larry replaced an oil cooler line and fixed my problem quickly at a reasonable price. I will not hesitate to go back. Good, honest service is hard to find but I found it. Thank you P&L!

My 1 ton Chevy work truck is 20 years old. The power steering and hydroboost braking components were
chronically leaking. Cordray's Continental did a very nice job of diagnosing problems on this old truck. The Cordray's technicians did a very good job. The team finished up on time and under budget.

I was towed to Integrity from Crater Lake due to a misdiagnosis by ME. I arrived at about 2am and the
y got me in as soon as they opened. The tech diagnosed the problem and had it fixed THAT DAY! I had the oil changed also and, the tech pointed out a leak in my front Diff. We discussed it thoroughly and I decided to continue on my road trip. I got to the CA line and discovered the leak had grown... I made the decision to drive back to Integrity. That was a decision I DO NOT regret. I arrived and they were closing soon but Sam told me they would get me in first thing in the am... Unfortunately, the diff was not salvageable so we had to find a replacement... After much discussion, it was decided that new Napa axles that were made for a lifted 4Runner would be a good idea. They found a used diff which was unable to be delivered for several days... I had nothing to do so i offered to go get it with the loaner that they were kind enough to let me use while I was awaiting the repair to be completed. I went and got the replacement diff and he had it in the same day and allowed me to continue on my trip.
Keep in mind, I am from IN. I was in a "worst-case scenario" when I arrived the second time. I was directly in the middle of a 9000 mile trip to 16 states, a dozen National Parks and countless National Forest. I was in a tear drop camper with my dog. I am telling you, I felt as if I was included in every step of the repair, they were MORE than accommodating! Cost was less than I expected, I couldn't have been luckier with where I ended up.

In the middle of a long drive home to Charlotte from a conference in Orlando, water trump in my F150
went which made my radiator fail and I was stuck in what felt like the middle of nowhere. A1 is well known in this area and a call to them had a wrecker to me in minutes. And my truck was repaired in a few short hours. I was home to Charlotte for dinner. Unbelievably nice people, great facility for me to work in while the pump was replaced….JUST GREAT SERVICE!! Thanks to all at A1 for saving my day!
