eliver a part — which was originally scheduled for the morning but didn’t arrive until 4:30 PM — they went above and beyond to take care of me.
Craig immediately installed the part as soon as it arrived so I could leave on my trip the very next day. That level of commitment and professionalism is very rare these days.

I knew my alternator was bad. And for some time had a bad squeak in the front. Ball joints were ident
ified as bad and i had that work done too. I am sure the price quoted was 10-20% less than i could have received anywhere else. Plus, after extra work was identified they got right on it. My only complaint is that they told me ot would be finished early (first thing) the next morning and i had to wait until 2:30 when they notified me.
