We were travelling from Colorado to New Branunfels when we developed a radiator leak on December 28th
in Lubbock.
Initially, we were going to rent a car to continue our trip and pick up our truck on the way back to Colorado, but Brandon's "squeezed" us into their shop and assured us the repairs would be done by 3 PM and they were.
In addition, their staff drove us to lunch, while we waited for the repairs to be completed.
We enjoyed the balance of our trip without incident due to Brandon's profressionalism and prompt service.
If I lived in the Lubbock area, Brandon's would unequivocally be my "go to shop" for auto & truck repairs.

The whole staff are very courtesy and friendly. Curtis went above and beyond to try and get things do
ne. The whole crew made sure to check on customers and made sure they was comfortable and didn't need anything. I can not express the friendliness and down home they are. Will definitely pass their shops name on to others.
