It’s a business like Promisson Auto Repair with Ron Promisson and Jason as his auto technician that m
akes it easy to actually boast of this old fashioned customer service! I’m happy to recommend them to name a few optimal reasons :
A) I was seen, heard and advised what to expect with regards to my vehicle’s repair in advance in a patient and courteous manner .
B) Communication was at its best with calls and texts and to top it off my car was picked up at my home and delivered to my garage with care when the work was completed since I had no other means of transportation.
C) The cost to repair was fair and reasonable and the payment process was all processed electronically online very easily. I was even given an estimate of what may be in store for the next repair for this older make and model vehicle. This is rarely done anywhere else unless I had requested it.
D) Most importantly, It’s clear that Ron cares about the people here and not just his bottom-line dollar. I’m a senior lady and needed someone I could trust to help me and keep me independently driving as safely as I could be without breaking the bank with excessive costly repairs.
I’m happier to have Promisson as my back-up plan for my auto repair needs. Thank you Ron and Jason!
